We are a week and a half into our trip and I was once again far too ambitious in my 'I'll just do it on the road' planning. Passports, check. And it begins, again.
In just a few hours we are off on a bit of an adventure... well that's if you call 11 weeks, 'a bit'. You see, RJ and I have itchy feet. Merry Christmas!

Not your ordinary Gingerbread… and oh, I’m famous…
Oooh, what a mysterious title. Not really all that mysterious, but it's late and so, you know, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
