[Breakfast] for dinner. Sometimes it's french-toast with berries, tonight it was omelets with goats cheese, roasted sweet potato and zucchini; garlic mushrooms; sourdough wholewheat toast and of course salad. Food, glorious food
So, cooking takes much longer when snapping photos along the way - and I was told by RJ on x-mas day that I was acting like a tourist - but you know what, it makes me drool looking back at the pics! Christmas was just lovely. Beautiful day, fabulous food [if I do say so myself], great friends.
