Big Secret Berry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- large handful frozen mixed berries
- 1 small avocado – or 1/2 of a large one
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 c coconut milk
- 1/2 c coconut water
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy.
*NOTES
- Add the liquid a bit at a time and you can control the thickness – or thinness – of the smoothie to suit your own tastes.
- Could you use all coconut water? Of course. Could you use all coconut milk? Yep. Could yo substitute both with almond or rice or dairy milk? Sure, but you may want to change the name.
