A quick late Tea Time Tuesday, just before the clock ticks over to Wednesday, of some tea and cake photographed last Monday, sigh. This time it's a heady perfumed White with Rose from Madame Flavour. Made with Peony White leaf tea [Pai Mu Tan once again] it is my go-to when I want something delicate and pretty. An Australian company based in Victoria, I not only love the teas but the whimsical illustrated packaging makes me happy. The tea cup is my new fave and says only 'Made in China' on … [Read more...]
Tea Time Tuesday #2 – Green Chai and keeping it real
Tea Time Tuesday on a Friday because that's about how things look around here these days. This version is a loose-leaf blend from a local Sydney company - The Rabbit Hole Organic Tea Bar - and is gentle and … [Read more...]

I am a sucker for green tea and have about 15 different kinds on regular rotation. This he found in a little tea shop in Perth that is the only place in Oz to import it. Soursop is a big fruit … [Read more...]
