[Breakfast] for dinner. Sometimes it's french-toast with berries, tonight it was omelets with goats cheese, roasted sweet potato and zucchini; garlic mushrooms; sourdough wholewheat toast and of course salad. I really do [love] a cup of green tea - I know, I know I'm using the 'love' category on tea, but it just keeps me sane. Never did get into that coffee obsession and soft drink [after a bout with Diet Coke in collage] isn't my thing, even before the no sugar - but green tea - let me count the ways. This week in consumerism
Right, so I am back to watching daytime tv this week. It is not that I sit and watch it, per say, but there is something about the drone of voices and flashing lights that keeps me from going mental when I am working from home all day long.
