Pizza [night], that can’t be allowed….oh but it can. So the rules are no white flour, no cow’s milk, no sugar, no saturated fat oils, organic…blah blah blah…
Good thing I like to bake – organic whole wheat spelt flour, hard goats cheese [as a friend said, of course I would find something like that], organic no sugar pasta sauce [so good it is sticking around well after this diet thing is over], olive oil and veggies. Sounds like no fun, tastes like a pizza party! Just as good cold the next morning.
