Back when Fat Mum Slim started her #fmsphotoaday challenge I was regularly playing along – I bet at that point she didn’t have any idea how huge it would become! If you’ve participated you know all about the spectacular ideas people come up with from the prompts and the incredible images taken with phones. Now if you follow me on Instagram or Twitter or Facebook you know that most of what I take snaps of has to do with food… it just happens, I can’t help it…
So I was quite excited when Purple Carrot KC started a spin off with her foodie photo-a-day in March and April. Leslie and I tried to catchup when RJ and I were in Kansas City back in September, but only managed phone tag as we were never on the same side of town at the same time, such a shame! In any case, after a quick resurgence in October, Leslie has taken a break so I’m here to step in…
Without further ado I present to you #DecFoodPhotos: December Foodie Photo-A-Day Challenge!
It’s easy to play along:
- Take a food inspired photo each day of December that corresponds to the date and prompt in the list above. Feel free to interpret the prompts any way you’d like!
- Once your photo is taken, use the hashtag #DecFoodPhotos to post and share wherever you’d like including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Pinterest, Tumblr, or your blog.

Great idea JJ, I would love to join in this one but we are having a blogging break from mid Dec and Mr Fresh has banned all social media (eekkkk!!!) so I won’t get to make it through the month 🙂
